Dear Cyber Learning Technology,

We are writing about our experience and perspective using your SMART BrainGames technology after about seven months of use.

For the past three years my family has been highly stressed over the behavior of our son. The daily interactions were not peaceful and he seemed to struggle more than most his age in many areas of his life. Independent observers and teachers commented that he seemed to have a form of ADD. We were discouraged and not enjoying the time we spent with him. After discussing this with a good friend she recommended the SMART BrainGames system. We had noticed a visible and dramatic improvement in her son's behavior over the course of several months. After much discussion and thought we finally decided to invest in this technology hoping for much needed changes

Our son was given to frequent, explosive tantrums resulting in anti-social behavior. He was also extremely sensitive to comments or perceived slights. He had difficulty starting and finishing his homework. He commented daily on his inadequacies and was frustrated irrationally in just about every endeavor. When discussing behavioral episodes he seemed to not recall them the same way everyone else did. It was very difficult to have a reasonable conversation with him and at the end of the day we were often frequently emotionally exhausted from the effort to smooth things over or get to the heart of any problem. It was impacting every area of our lives, including my husband's performance at work and my daughter's ability to study for school.

The SMART BrainGames technology is truly an expert system. With very little orientation and only referring to the extensive manual as needed, our system was up and running with a customized profile based on my son's needs. We only needed to know rudiments of the equipment care and troubleshooting. The equipment itself teaches our son the rest of what he needs to know while he enjoys video game play. For 45 minutes every other day, our son sits in front of the TV at home, with his helmet on, interacting with the Playstation and his brain waves. Although it took close to three months before noticeable changes began to take place, gradually, and without us understanding how this was working, we began to notice changes, and our son noticed changes too. First, the frequency and duration of his tantrums lessened and when they occurred he even began to apologize for his behavior. He is more self-sufficient, has a better sense of humor, is more responsible, and is fun to be around again. He also accepts “No” answers more readily without arguing or falling apart.

Lest you think this is subjective on our part, there have been people outside of our family who have noticed positive changes in our son and commented on it. Other families in our situation who would like to try a non-invasive, non-drug approach to behavior modification should definitely look into this. There are no labs to attend; it is all done in the privacy of your own home. This technology is very powerful because it allows the person using it to tap into how they can best manage their own difficulties.
